On invalidation of certain acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 13, 1997 N 3613

I decree:      

1. Invalidate:      

Decree of the President of the Kazakh SSR dated March 19, 1991 No. 286 U910286_ "On additional measures for the further development of individual housing construction and housing cooperation" (Bulletin of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR, 1991, No. 12, Article 142);      

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 10, 1992 N 715 U920715_ "On granting additional benefits and creating economic incentives to citizens, enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan to accelerate the development of individual housing construction and housing cooperation" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1992, N 14, art. 229; N 25, art.389; N 34, V.508);      

Resolution of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 23, 1993 N 1288 K931288_ "On accelerating the privatization of public housing stock in the Republic of Kazakhstan and measures to ensure the processes of denationalization and privatization" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1993, N 20, art. 252; N 46, art.548);

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 6, 1993 No. 1344 U931344_ "On new housing policy" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1993, No. 35, Article 405; 1994, No. 33, Article 361; 1995, No. 39, Article 499; 1996, No. 26, Article 213).

2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of publication.
