About the representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 28, 2019 No. 12

  I DECREE:

     1. To release Mamin Askar Uzakpaevich from the powers of the representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

     2. To appoint Alikhan Smailov, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as a representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission.

     3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
