In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2005 "On International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I HEREBY DECREE:
1. To approve the attached draft Protocol on the accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Agreement on the Procedure for the Protection of Confidential Information and Responsibility for its Disclosure when Exercising the Powers of the Eurasian Economic Commission to Monitor Compliance with the Uniform Rules of Competition dated November 12, 2014.
2. To authorize First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mamin Askar Uzakpaevich to sign on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan the Protocol on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Agreement on the Procedure for the Protection of Confidential Information and Responsibility for its Disclosure when Exercising the powers of the Eurasian Economic Commission to Monitor compliance with the Uniform Rules of Competition dated November 12, 2014, allowing amendments and additions that do not of a principled nature.
3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.

The member States of the Eurasian Economic Union, guided by the provisions of paragraph four of Article 1 of the Treaty on the Accession of the Republic of Armenia to the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union dated May 29, 2014, signed on October 10, 2014, have agreed as follows:
Article 1
By this Protocol, the Republic of Armenia joins the Agreement on the Procedure for the Protection of Confidential Information and Responsibility for its Disclosure when Exercising the Powers of the Eurasian Economic Commission to Monitor Compliance with the Uniform Rules of Competition dated November 12, 2014.
Article 2
This Protocol shall enter into force on the date of receipt by the depositary through diplomatic channels of the last written notification on the implementation by the member States of the Eurasian Economic Union of the internal procedures necessary for its entry into force.
Committed in the city ________________ "_____" __________ 20 ____ year in one original copy in Russian.
The original copy of this Protocol shall be kept in the Eurasian Economic Commission, which, as the depositary of this Protocol, will send a certified copy to each member State of the Eurasian Economic Union.
