On the signing of the Paris Agreement

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 20, 2016 No. 301

In accordance with Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2005 "On International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I DECREE: 1. Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Idrisov Yerlan Abilfaizovich to sign the Paris Agreement on behalf of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
