On renaming the Terenozek District Court of the Kyzylorda region

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 20, 1997 No. 3697

  In accordance with article 10 of the Decree of the President of the Republic

Kazakhstan, having the force of the Constitutional Law, dated December 20, 1995, No. 2694 "On Courts and the status of Judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan", I decree:

   1. Rename the Terenozek District Court of the Kyzylorda region to the Syrdarya District Court.

   2. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
