 In order to optimize the financial system of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I hereby decree: 1. To invalidate the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 2

July 1998, No. 4003

 "On the creation of the "National Investment

NSBK-Group Financial Joint Stock Company (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan,

1998, No. 21, Article 177).

    2. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

    1) ensure the liquidation of the closed joint-stock company

National Investment Financial Joint Stock Company NSBK-Group;

    2) to cite the previously adopted decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

in accordance with this Decree.

    3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of publication.
