In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 82 of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, paragraph 2 of Article 44, subparagraphs 1), 3), 10) of Paragraph 1 of Article 47 and subparagraphs 2) and 3) of Paragraph 2, as well as Paragraph 1 of Article 71 of the decree of the president of the Republic of Kazakhstan n 2694, which has the force of the Constitutional Law of December 20, 1995 "on courts and the status of judges in the Republic of Kazakhstan"
I decide:
