On the intention of the Republic of Kazakhstan not to become a party to the Convention on the Orderly Acquisition of Citizenship by Citizens of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States dated January 19, 1996

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 30, 2020 No. 444

In accordance with article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2005 "On International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan", I HEREBY DECREE:

1. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall notify the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States of the intention of the Republic of Kazakhstan not to become a party to the Convention on the Orderly Acquisition of Citizenship by Citizens of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States, done in Moscow on January 19, 1996.

2. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
