On measures to implement the Agreement on the Training of Military Personnel for the Member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 26, 2016 No. 310.

 In order to implement the Agreement on the Training of Military Personnel for the member States of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, signed in Moscow on June 23, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. To designate the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan as state bodies authorized to implement the Agreement.

     2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall notify the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization of the decision taken.

     3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
