On further measures to stabilize the economy

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2020 No. 287.

In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 16, 2020 No. 286 "On measures to ensure socio-economic stability", I HEREBY DECREE:

     1. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in coordination with the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, shall determine:

     1) tax rates, the procedure for determining the tax base, objects of taxation, tax period and fulfillment of tax obligations for individual taxpayers;

     2) the categories of individual taxpayers specified in subparagraph 1) of this paragraph;

     3) a special procedure for the formation, refinement and execution of the state budget;

     4) a special procedure for public procurement.

     2. To grant the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan the right:

     1) to establish marginal tariffs and prices for food and other goods necessary for the uninterrupted life support of the population and economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the procedure determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

     2) determine the procedure for the import and export of goods necessary for the uninterrupted life support of the population and the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

     3. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of signing.
