Some issues of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 6, 2014 No. 922

In accordance with subparagraph 3) paragraph 2 of Article 21 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 26, 1995 "On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and with Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 3, 1995 "On the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I DECREE:      

1. To establish that the symbol of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan is the emblem of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      

2. Approve the attached images and description:      the flag of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the emblem of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      

3. Determine that: 1) the flag of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan is installed in the office of the Head of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The flag is taken out (displayed) from the premises for parades of troops, events related to the participation of personnel, and in other necessary cases related to the participation of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan; 2) the emblem of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan is installed on the office buildings of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan;      3) orders and other regulatory acts of the Head of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan may provide for other cases of use and mandatory reproduction of images of symbols of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      

4. To establish that the production of symbols of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan is carried out by enterprises manufacturing the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the expense of funds determined by the budget for the maintenance of the State Security Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.    

5. To approve the attached amendments and additions to some decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.      

6. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing.
