Some questions of the republican state institution "Central Communications Service"

I DECREE:
1. To transform the republican state institution "Central Communications Service" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transferring it to the jurisdiction of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) to determine the authorized body for the management of the relevant branch (sphere) of public administration in relation to the republican state institution "Central Communications Service" (hereinafter referred to as the institution) Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) jointly with interested government agencies, ensure the interaction of information work of central executive bodies and government agencies directly subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, akims of Astana and Almaty, regions with the institution for the implementation of information support functions for public policy;
3) take other measures resulting from this Decree.
3. To approve the attached amendments to some decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the amendments).
4. Invalidate them:
1) Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 5, 2012 No. 403 "On the establishment of the republican State institution Central Communications Service under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Amendments to Certain Decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan" with the exception of paragraph 1 (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2012, No. 74, art. 1067);
2) Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2012 No. 420 "On Approval of the Charter of the republican State institution "Central Communications Service" under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Amendments to Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 17, 2004 No. 1284 "On the unified remuneration system for employees of bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan maintained at the expense of the State Budget and estimates (budget) of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
5. This Decree shall enter into force from the date of its signing, with the exception of paragraph 4 of this Decree and paragraph 2 of the amendments, which shall enter into force from the date of re-registration in accordance with the established procedure of the institution.

in the Register of positions of Political and Administrative Civil Servants, approved by the above-mentioned Decree:
in chapter 1. Political government positions:
Delete the line "Director of the Central Communications Service and his deputies".
4. Abrogated by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 08/16/2017 No. 532.
