On the conclusion of a Loan Agreement (Draft Law Reform) between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development

Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 19, 1999 No. 143

In order to further consistently reform the legal system of the State and support the implementation of legal reform, I hereby decree:      

1. To conclude a Loan Agreement (Draft Law Reform) between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.      

2. To authorize the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukhamedzhanov Baurzhan Alimovich to conclude a Loan Agreement (Draft Law Reform) between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.      

3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs should issue, in accordance with the established procedure, a Certificate of Authority from the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukhamedzhanov Baurzhan Alimovich.      

4. This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
