The main objectives of this Law are:

1) ensuring the regulation of legal, organizational relations and activities in the field of state courier communications;

2) creation of legal bases and establishment of powers of employees and employees of the state courier service.

This Law regulates public relations related to the implementation by the State courier service of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the State courier service) of activities in the provision of state courier services, defines the legal and organizational foundations of such activities, as well as social guarantees for employees of the state courier service and their family members.
