In accordance with the provisions of Article 68 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I am notifying you of my entry into the case as a defender of the suspect S.L.K. in a criminal case registered in the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations No. 237500121000071.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 70 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I request:
To acquaint with the following materials of the case concerning the client S.L.K.:
- a statement, notification of a person about a committed criminal offense;
