about the amendment and clarification of the claim
You are currently investigating civil case No. 7585-24-00-2/639 dated 04/05/2024 on the claim of A.A.E. (hereinafter referred to as the Plaintiff) against PMK-7K LLP for compensation for material damage.
In this case, we made a typo in the claims as follows: "To collect from the Akimat of Astana in favor of the "Plaintiff" A.A.E. representative expenses in the amount of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) tenge." The Akimat of Astana is not a defendant in the case. We ask you to collect the representative expenses from PMK-7K LLP.
Based on the above and guided by art. 169 of the CPC RK,
I ASK THE COURT:
To change the claim from "Collect from the Akimat of Astana in favor of the "Plaintiff" A.A.E. representative expenses in the amount of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) tenge" to "Collect from "PMK-7K LLP" in favor of the "Plaintiff" A.A.E. representative expenses in the amount of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) tenge".
