postponement of the trial
There is a civil case No. 7527-24-3-3/477 under your jurisdiction on the claim of "C" LLP. kz" to Kaz.. LLP about the recovery of the amount.
Dear Court, The Plaintiff reviewed the materials provided by the Defendant only on February 5, 2024, and we received comments from the principal literally on the evening of February 8, 2024. Thus, we did not have time to send a response to the counterclaim to the court, and the plaintiff also requested from the accountant some reconciliation reports on subcontracting agreements, which will also be provided to the court in the future.
Therefore, it is not possible to participate in this civil case, and therefore we ask that the trial be postponed until next week.
Based on the above, as well as in accordance with Articles 46 and 198 of the CPC rk,
I ASK THE COURT:
Postpone the trial to another business day;
The time of the court session should be set at the discretion of the Court.
