Statement.
The Tyulkubassky District Court of the Turkestan region is conducting administrative case No. 5160-23-00-3/689 concerning an administrative offense filed under Part 1 of Article 610 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses against H. T. D.
In accordance with article 744 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a person against whom proceedings on an administrative offence are being conducted has the right to file petitions.
In accordance with article 756 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, any adult who is not interested in concluding a case and has the special knowledge and skills necessary to collect, study and evaluate evidence, as well as assist in the use of technical means, may be appointed as a specialist to participate in the proceedings on an administrative offence.
In this regard, from the court
-I ask you to summon to court as a specialist a traffic police officer of the Tyulkubassky district police department or a teacher of vehicle driver training (driving school) to study and evaluate evidence in an administrative case under part 1 of Article 610 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses in relation to X.
