on the admission of a third party to a court hearing in a generally established mode (offline)
On September 12, 2023, Plaintiff A. A.E. filed a Petition for a cassation review of the decision of the Saryarkinsky District Court of Astana dated February 22, 2023 and the Decision of the Judicial Board for Civil Cases of the Astana City Court dated June 2, 2023. The petition was registered under No. 6001-23-12/3j/9684.
Dear Court, in order for a comprehensive, complete and objective consideration of the civil case by the court, namely as part of the preliminary consideration of the petition, a third person, Abylkasimov Yerasyl, must participate in the courtroom, i.e. in a generally established mode (offline), after which the court will be provided with evidence that may affect the content of the decision. However, the Plaintiff's representative will participate online.
Based on the above and guided by art. 46 of the CPC RK,
I ASK THE COURT:
To allow a third person A.E. to take part in the court session in a generally established mode (offline);
To allow the Plaintiff's Representative Sarzhanova G.T. and Kenesbek I.M. to participate in the court session online.
